Transcript Requests requires a 48 hour turnaround!!
Transcript Request Forms are available in the attachment, may be completed in the Counselor's Office, or by completing the form below.
Students submitting college applications: If you are applying to a Texas school, it is likely that we can send an electronic copy of your transcript to the school directly through the TREX. Come check with us!
If upon submitting an application, you receive an Official Document Request with a SENDedu account (and a student PIN), please submit that to the counselor's office immediately, and we will process it for you electronically.
Notes:
For a transcript to be official, it must remain in the sealed envelope you receive it in. If you would like to simply view your high school transcript, please ask for an unofficial one. Sending a transcript via email and/or fax will more than likely not be considered official.
Also, realize that using *snailmail* to deliver a transcript may take some time. I'd suggest a good two weeks. :( If it is possible to send it electronically, I'd check into it.
Transcripts from TJC: If you have taken dual credit courses at LHS, then you will ultimately be responsible for submitting your TJC transcript to the college of your choice. However, TJC has a hold on your account while you are still an LHS student and will not release this transcript. Once your senior year is final, and TJC receives your final high school transcript, they will release this hold. You will then be allowed (and expected) to get an official transcript sent from TJC to your college. See this link for details on requesting TJC transcripts.
